This 1-sided flexi disc was distributed in the UK to all Fan Club members in December 1963. 
 
The original picture covers are especially rare as due to excessive demand 
they quickly ran out. 
Many unlucky members recieved their  discs minus the cover, albeit with a letter of apology. 
Original UK 1st issue, only 25,000 ever issued!!
