'Dizzy Miss Lizzy / Yesterday' Export issue, Parlophone DP 563, 1st pressing on the 
UK black & silver  Parlophone label.

This rare copy carries a genuine 'Factory Sample' sticker on the 'Yesterday' label.
 
Both labels omit the 'Sold in UK...' text but have upper case 'Parlophone Co..' rims.
An impression of the 'KT' tax/price code is visible in the centre of the 'Yesterday' label & is also present in both run-outs.
 
Housed in its original green & white Parlophone company sleeve.
