'Please Please Me' Parlophone PMC 1202, very rare 1963 5th 'Mono' pressing on the

 yellow / black UK Parlophone label.

 

 Both labels omit the 'Sold in UK..' text but carry 'Parlophone Co. Ltd.' rims and

 the 'Recording First Published 1963' text.

 The 'KT' tax/price code is stamped only on the label side two.

 Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Ernest J. Day' sleeve with large 'Mono' logo. 

 Released in UK in mid 1963
 

 Complete with its original lined ‘Use Emitex’ inner sleeve.

 Matrix numbers: XEX 421-1N  &  XEX 422-1N, Stamper numbers: 17/GAP  &  45/GRH
 

 Conditions

 The record is visual excellent to excellent+
 (one very small scratch at the start on side one track one; a few hairlines under strong light).

 The record is audio near mint to mint
 (one click and one jump at the start on side one track one; no repeats).

 Both labels are excellent+

(no writing; no tears; no missing paper; light spindle wear).

 The sleeve is excellent+ to near mint
 (no writing; no split; no tears; very light stains and wear on the rear side; no missing paper).

 The original inner sleeve is very good+
 (no writing; no missing paper; small tear on top; no stains; no split).
