Housed in the very rare misspelling picture cover with the Song Titel
'Sie liebt mich'. The correct song Titel is 'Sie liebt dich'.

Both labels shows the 'BIEM' and 'GEMA' box.
Comes with the first rim text 'Made in 45 Germany' in one line.
