Comes on the original backing card,

The measures of the plastic flasher is: 
3.5cm x 3.2cm(1.4 inches x 1.3 inches).

The plastic flasher are on a blue plastic ribbon 
with pin attachment on back.
 
Conditions:
Both original plastic flasher are near mint.
The original backing card is excellent.
